KuzeyPro does not provide refunds for subscription payments once platform access has been granted.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing, but access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Verified billing errors may be corrected at our discretion.
