01 — SERVICE DESCRIPTION

KuzeyPro provides subscription-based software products designed to support market analysis and decision-making processes.

MarketState — Market intelligence platform delivering structured analytics
SocialBand — Social and brand management system

02 — NO INVESTMENT ADVICE

MarketState is an analytics platform and does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or trade execution.

Users are solely responsible for their own financial decisions.

03 — RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Financial markets involve risk and potential loss of capital. KuzeyPro does not guarantee any financial outcomes.

04 — TELEGRAM INTEGRATION

Telegram integration is used solely as a notification delivery channel for subscribed users.

05 — SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the selected plan.

All purchases are final and subject to the Refund Policy.

06 — ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. KuzeyPro is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized account access.

07 — ACCEPTABLE USE

Users agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to interfere with its infrastructure.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any data, analytics, or content provided through the platform without explicit written permission from KuzeyPro.

Unauthorized access attempts
Reverse engineering platform systems
Automated scraping or abuse of platform APIs
Use of the service for illegal activities

08 — SERVICE AVAILABILITY

KuzeyPro aims to maintain high availability of its services, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

09 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

KuzeyPro shall not be liable for financial losses, trading losses, or investment decisions made by users based on information provided through the platform.

The platform is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

KuzeyPro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, analytics, or insights displayed on the platform.

10 — TERMINATION

KuzeyPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

11 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
